The Riveter is looking for a highly motivated General Manager who has a deep understanding of the community and a drive for innovation. The GM is responsible for the overall membership growth, operations, and community relations at their location. Our candidate will help us deepen our understanding of the market, find new areas of opportunities, and grow meaningful relationships within the community. They are responsible for the efficient running of the facility, building the community, bringing our story and value proposition to life, and the retention of our members. This is a true mix of an operational and relational position, perfect for the right leader.
